Pita Sandwiches
GYRO - The hamburger of Greece! A mixture of lamb and beef cooked on a vertical rotisserie, sliced and put into a pita bread with onions, tomatoes, choice of either white (Tzatziki) or red sauce.
PHILLY GYRO - A Philly sandwich lovers paradise! Gyro meat with the combination of grilled green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and topped with a steak sauce and mixture of cheeses.
VEGGIE GYRO - Crisp iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, rice wrapped in a pita bread and topped with feta cheese and our white (Tzatziki) sauce. (Rice contains chicken stock)
CHICKEN SOUVLAKI IN PITA - Our chicken souvlaki taken off the stick and wrapped in pita bread. Topped with tomatoes and choice of white (Tzatziki) or red sauce.
PORK SOUVLAKI IN PITA - Our pork souvlaki taken off the stick and wrapped in pita bread. Topped with onions, tomatoes, and choice of white (Tzatziki) or red sauce.
BEEFTEKI - A spiced ground beef patty grilled and made like a gyro with onions, tomatoes and choice of white (Tzatziki) or red sauce.
White Sauce (Tzatziki): A creamy combination of yogurt, sour cream, cucumber and garlic.
Red Sauce: A Greek marinated tomato base sauce with bits of ground beef and a spicy kick.

ORIGINAL GREEK - Spaghetti the Greek way! The spaghetti sauce is a family secret. It's a tomato sauce with ground beef in it. We add mushroom and a little bit of cinnamon that gives the sauce a unique taste. Finally, we top it with some parmesan cheese.
BROWN BUTTER & MIZITHRA - Spaghetti noodles with burnt brown butter and mizithra cheese.
ADD MEAT: Chicken stick, Pork stick, or Gyro meat.
